Marketing Intensive Care Package

Our Intensive care service is for those businesses that need support and hands on marketing expertise to rejuvenate their catering service, boost usage and improve customer satisfaction. The package features:

  • A simple, online customer satisfaction survey to "take the temperature" of your services. This is particularly useful for catering at work services. It can also be adapted to suit a business website or intranet.
  • 1-3 day in-house analysis and review of your services (either with your in-house team or contractor)
  • Presentation of recommendations
  • Follow up support and implementation of findings (if required)

On-Line Customer Satisfaction Survey

Our Customer Satisfaction surveys allow you to really understand how your employees or customers feel about the services they receive. Surveys are distributed via e mail directly from our clients. Visitor Programme

To get a really accurate and independent view of your services, we offer a simple visitor or mystery shopper programme. We will visit your service on one or more occasions (dependent on scope of services) and experience your service for real. At each visit we complete a 25 point check list covering the following areas:

  • Customer service
  • Food quality
  • Menu variety
  • Value for money
  • Marketing and Merchandising
  • Labour efficiency
